Habit Tracker is a voice-first platform. All audio messages and profile images are stored securely in Firebase, and other user data is stored safely in cloud infrastructure.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for the operation of the app. We do not sell or exploit your content for marketing purposes.
We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Habit Tracker, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Habit Tracker may display advertisements to users as part of the free app experience.

All purchases are processed through the App Store, and are subject to Apple’s billing policies and terms.
You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the app’s Account View. Once deleted, all associated data, including messages and profile information, will be permanently removed from our systems.
All content, trademarks, and branding on Habit Tracker (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Habit Tracker or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Certain icons and animations used within the Habit Tracker app are sourced from third-party platforms under their respective licenses. This includes assets from:
These assets remain the intellectual property of their original creators and are used in compliance with their license terms.
Habit Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions or content of users.
You use the app at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habit Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.
